Before returning customer orders, DryClean PRO lets you scan them to verify that the order in fact belongs to the customer. In the event the order does not match, an error screen will come up, and notify the employee of the mismatch.

Before a driver leaves for the delivery run, simply scan all the tickets and print the delivery manifest. After delivery, if any garments came back, the driver would re-scan them to put the orders back into the inventory.
