It depends on your current system. In most cases we are able to retrieve all your customerпїЅs contact information.

Can I use more than one tax rate with DCP?

Yes, DCP is capable of using multiple tax rates.

Making the system easy to understand and learn has driven DCP development. Normally 1-2 hours are enough to understand the most used functions of the system.

DCP can print tickets on any printer that has a Windows driver installed. However for improved speeds and reliability we suggest that you use the standard printers supported by DCP (Okidata and Epson).

DCP software comes with a disk key that replaces your password. If you forget your password or donпїЅt want to type your password in front of others, just use the diskkey.

Can I use Lot System tags or permanent thermal instead of DCP printed tags?

Yes, you can use any type of tags with DCP

What versions of Windows can DCP run on?

DCP can run on Windows 2000 SP2, XP and 2003.

In most cases the Epson TM T88 thermal printer is preferred for printing tickets since it is faster, smaller and more cost effective.

Can I use regular pentium computer ?

DCP works on any computer capable of running Windows 2000 SP2 or above. We recommend a minimum memory of 128 MB.

Tag Printer: Should I use the Okidata or Epson dot-matrix printer?

The current trend is towards the Epson U200 Printer since its tags roll costs less and are readily available.

Some of my customers pay weekly or monthly. Does DCP support billable customers?

Yes, simply mark a customer as billable and you can send them statements at any billing cycle.

Do I have to purchase tickets and tags only from you?

No, there are many vendors who will sell you tickets and tags that DCP uses.
