The following is a summary of how you would use DryClean PRO when a customer brings in garments: |

You create a quick or detailed ticket (invoice) and give the customer their portion as a receipt. |

Tag garments with the permafiber tags printed by DryClean PRO or use your existing pre-printed tags. If using Prism, the tags are also bar-coded. |

DryClean PRO printed tags have customer information and/or bar-codes that help you easily assemble both manually or computer aided. In addition, completed orders can be scanned before bagging to catch any mistakes in assembly (see Final Verification ) |

If using Bar-Code Scanner: The garments can be racked on any free rack spot, long term storage or other areas in the store. Simply scan the rack or location bar-code along with the invoice and the computer makes finding the order a snap. |

At pickup time, use the customer's last name, their ticket number, their phone number or just simply scan their ticket to pull-up their account on the screen. Optionally scan each returning garments to allow DCP to catch any wrong pickups.. |
