Our Innovations for Cleaners

First Windows Based Software For Cleaners

When Dajisoft first introduced Windows based POS for cleaners in 1995, existing POS companies that were based on the old DOS system ridiculed and dismissed it. By year 2000 many of those companies were either out of business or had converted to the new Windows technology.

Pictures Based Menus

In 1996 DCP version 2 was the first software for cleaners that used pictures based screens to make data entry for front CSR efficient and reduce mistakes. Even with hundreds of changes that go into DCP each year, the one thing that has and will stay constant is its usability and ease of use.

Background Inventory Bar-code Scanning

Analogous to the human mind, modern computers are tremendously powerful. In fact, most POS will use less than 1% of its processing power most of the day. DCP was the first software to tap into some of this extra processing power for background tasks like "back ground scanning". While most other software require dedicated computers for inventory control scanner, DCP efficiently uses an existing front counter computer for scanning. This saves you the costs of extra computer, software license and maintenance that comes with them.

Prism Assembly System

Powerful computers today cost just a fraction of what it used to a few years ago. This and other technological improvements has made it viable for technology to move into your back store operations. At Dajisoft, we were the first company to bring innovation to the back store with our Prism Assembly System. While bar coding is not new, until now it was technologically challenging to implement in the back of the store.  With Prism, our patent pending technology breakthrough has brought down the cost of back store automation from the levels that only few cleaners could afford in the past.

Final Verification System

Mistakes in assembly can cost a cleaner a lot of money. To reduce mistakes we introduced the final verification system that uses bar coding technology to eliminate mistakes. With FVS an operator just scans all assembled garments in an order and mistakes are pointed out with an alarm.

DCPe Remote Data Server

DCPe's Remote Data Server allows you to connect to a an internet based database securely and efficiently. This brings down the cost of centralizing a database and help you stay connected to your store from home, while on vacation, or anywhere where internet is available.
